So what do you want?
Somebody giving you for free VCC and funding your project, and possibly getting in to troubles for fraud?

Who say it's fraud?i list my stuf ,and everything is on my name,i explained why i asked for this to the community i belong to,am stuck in this situation for weeks now,i can't use any payment processor to afford a vcc(not there cc..),so i thought someone can obtain one easily,maybe people who have issues using pp in there country can understand what i mean!!

why don't u buy a vcc yourself...

You said PP is fake. Putting fake info = fraud.
What else, wy you are using fake PP? Totally legit, heh?
Its not that this is hardcore, its just somebody will risk if it will give some stranger his VCC.
BTW - just go to large shopping center, most of them sell VCCs for cash.
If you put your self on pp side then you can call using a stealth account fraud..but i remind you that we are here in bhw,and it's a common practice to use stealth account verified with a vcc,and that's what i do only because pp does not support my country!
