Any good US targeted views provider?

Hey guys,

I tried probably all the panels on the market place and nobody can provide US targeted or even country targeted views anymore. I lost so much money on this even though I did my research.

Most of the time they get stuck in processing for days and never follow through.

Even if they did, they would be useless because I usually need them right after uploading and fast, constantly.

Most normal views come from third world countries and eastern Europe which I think is useless to go viral especially in western countries.

Anybody got a good provider that actually provides country targeted (preferably US) views?
