Any good network for Indian Traffic

Hi,
My site has a good traffic of 4K per day mostly from india (65%). I need suggestion on good cpc, cpa or anything. Can't use adsense because of gray website. My website is about movie downloads. My Traffic is mostly organic from google search.

Broke ppldon't tend to buy things directly. Contacting a few big indian based advertisers could bring n some cash on the side. It'sall about open negotiations.

I don't want to try vcommission, because they require lots of things like pan card, photo etc. etc. I currently using revenuehits which earn me $4 per day and that also from 200-300 US/Canada Traffic. For indian traffic their ecpm is 0.03
 
i created a fake facebook account with a white womans profile pic. Within 48 hours i had gotten 5000 friend requests, all from indian men. So I posted a clickbank link and said "Do you guys love me? Click my link". Got 700 views but zero buys. Sorry to say but indians are cheap bastards. It's useless selling to them.
