Any good Canada (IP) proxy provider @ reasonable prices ?

Hi, I do see in the "Proxies for Sale" area here at BHW that there are hundreds of proxy sellers.
Very very few of them have proxies with Canada IP / location.
And those few that do have, it may be cheap, BUT the minimum order value ends up being $15 onwards (need to buy certain minimum number of proxies). Trust me, I have spent a lot of time at the "Proxies for Sale" area here at BHW, before posting this.

I am looking for a Proxy provider that has Canada IP.
Usage : Just for Adwords accounts.
Must be PRIVATE / DEDICATED proxies.
The minimum purchase must not exceed $5 - $6 and I must be able to buy 1 or fine, 3 (to be fair) proxies at a time (not minimum 10 to 20 proxies at a time).

Can anyone kindly guide me ?

I was glad I found coolproxies.com at the Proxies for Sale section of BHW.
I purchased a Canada (IP) Proxy and it has turned out to be a NIGHTMARE.

Do sellers think that they can fool and cheat / loot all buyers ?
Do sellers think that all buyers do not know how to get their FULL money back ?
I think it is now time for ALL buyers to post their experiences about ALL such pathetically defective services / products, then and only then sellers MAY wake up from their sleep.
OR, may be they will keep sleeping and allow their businesses to go down the drain.
Whatever it is buyers, please stand up and share your experiences about such pathetically defective services / products, so atleast other buyers do not waste their time and money.
Rogue sellers will NEVER change, atleast we can save other fellow buyers from being cheated

Next time before buying, contact the service provider and ask whether his proxies can be used on your desired site or no.

And as i see now from the sales thread, it wasn't even the issue.

It's clearly your fault, telling the truth i wasn't expecting this after all you said, you're not a newbie when it comes to proxies, but you failed to authenticate your ip address and you blame the provider, that the proxy is not working?
Are you for real?
They sent you clear instructions regarding to this via email when they activated the proxy.
You claim that you use proxies for over 4 years now - after seeing all this, it's hard to believe - and you fail to do something simple and common like this?
It's general procedure with most providers.

Also, support ticket systems aren't a chat, where you get replies right away.
People are sleeping sometimes, there are different time zones. You should have waited at least 1 business day for a reply. But you didn't, you disputed the PayPal payment pretty much right away.

The seller did the best thing he could do, refunded you, even when you're clearly in the wrong.
