There are free Twitter and Facebook auto poster plugins that allow you to schedule posts. I don't know the name right now, but the same guy makes both.

I suggest you to use MicroBlog Poster. Because it can connect multiple accounts for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Tumblr. It schedule social media posts about content.
