Any difference SEO wise between Page and Post urls ?

Is there any slight differences seo wise between using pages or posts on a wordpress site for a article, and one ranking a bit higher or lower on Google now days ?

I would say there's no difference.
In the past there might slight difference, since pages were considered more of a static content.
But now you can have published/updated date and also author box also with pages, so it really makes no difference in terms of SEO.
