Semrush is a good choice for the American market. It's even better than Ahrefs for American continent, especially when it comes to data updates.
 
I can vouch for Flikover. You may need to reach out to them on FB, but they are legit. You are limited to how many requests but it's far better than paying full price for me.
 
Similar web can be quite good, if you just need a basic overview of the numbers, I used them for a network of big sites I'm looking at recently and they were all on that. Maybe not for your average small site. but worth remembering if you need something free and fast.
 
Semrush is best and cheap one
 
Other well-known SEO tools including SEMrush and Moz offer more features and include more affordable options than Ahrefs.
 
I think SEMrush is a decent alternative for ahrefs,also, you can try the group buy method.
