Any body use Mobile Proxy(by the Android app)?

hi,
i want search a solution: to use Android phone as the mobile proxy, dynamic.

such as: when i open the app, the android 4G wireless will as the hotspot to notify the PC server.

so , the pc can connect the android , then data to forward the instagram.

and , when the android phone mobile, the IP dynamic change as usual.

i think my instagram acctounts will safe enough!

and ,any body have such Mobile proxy solution?

I think you can pull this off with a mobile proxy.
