Any affiliate network you know which pays for video ads ?

Hello BHW recently I was browsing internet over VPN to check trending ads etc. and got one pop with video on it with ads in it, well video was casual mainstream stuff, but with few ads in it Landing page was either made by affiliate network or by user didn't fixed at that pint for myself until I got another one later then I have changed IP, that was one with different layout page from first one I saw, but with same player I think. That got me interest as it was promoted over pop up/popunder and since I have access for some pop inventory I would gladly shoot over my traffic to check for possible positive ROI if could knew what kind of affiliate network have such inventory/landing pages which pays for video views with ads or gives tags to add it over video as for media buyers.

Sad story, that my browser deleted cookies and browsing history after I closed it, I'm using sometimes Opera with VPN to check trends without having cookies and tracking left there, as I set it up to delete it on every exit.

Anybody knows where I can apply for such affiliate network which pays for videos with ad views in ? I did very quick dig over internet, found an network who's clients BBC,CNN and big portals mentioned in their main page using their in video ad solutions, but I don't belong for an big media group either have not news portal with billion video views monthly I don't think that they even reply me looking at my @ gmail domain email
