HUH?if you want to lockdown ur system to a 'safe' state, kis, mbam with realtime monitor and hitman run on reboots, do that and you are very unlikely to get hit with something and if you do chances are you wont have it for long
Wha do you suggest for paid antivirus and antispyware ?

BitDefender Antivirus 2010, (or Avast Internet Security)
Sygate Personal Firewall Pro -a must
Malwarebytes Anti Malware,
also softer to have:
HijackThis - a must program for cleaning,
a-squared - free antivirus and some more (can be useful and delete some malwares),
RemoveIT pro, can delete malwares too.
Good to mantion is Exterminate It
and if the matter is really stacked then last to use is ComboFix
