Another PayPal problem

Hi,
it is great pleasure for me reading this forum. All guys here are so helpful and that is why I hope u can help me.
I have a negative balance on Paypal. The sum is XXX $, my account is limited and I want to resolve my negative balance as soon as possible and as secure as possible. I am not US resident. I contacted PP team hundred times but all I receive as an answer is " send personal check, money order or banker's draft".
I will not send personal check of XXX $ via post because it is not secure for my money.

This sounds weird. You need a bank account linked to Paypal in order to use Paypal. If you have a negative balance they deduct it form your bank account.

Then pay by money order and send via FedEx or a carrier like that or something, with a tracking number. It would be safe, and the package can be tracked and no more NEG balance.

That reminded me couple year old story, when they refunded money back to my credit card for some security reason and paid also to the guy whom I had to pay and negative balance in my account... approx $500...

They asked me to pay via check/money order. I asked them if i can pay via direct bank transfer or credit card but they refused...

What I did? I did not pay and I opened a new account... NO issue thereon

I thought of that variant (carrier). However, a contact person is needed and PP don't want to give me.
I also thought they will deduct the sum from my debit card but they refuse to do that.

its happens sometime, the best thing is forget your account, reg a new one

I consider opening a new account but I have to add a debit card of another person, new personal information and so on ...

Also I want to refund the money to the guy I got it from.

You should never do this.One of my friend did the same thing,pay pal blocked his both accounts and even though he resolved his negative balance they did not gave his account back

Create new account with VCC . if problem send me message. I will help you free........
