Great job. I did the exact same thing!! I run about 7 accounts for two offers and earn about $25-35/day.

Would love to scale up to 400-500 accounts with 10-12 offers and break $300/day

Yes that seems very achievable ;)
 
I asked my AM at NB, he strongly discouraged instragram traffic saying it is not good quality traffic. However, I am using url shorten service with direct linking to cpa offer, is it okay.

It is not possible to drop a link in comments I think.

Nope,but make sure your LP looks good on mobile,nowadays all smart phones have good browsers,so it must not be that difficult.
