Lol, perhaps. But my point is no reason to trust anyone. Nothing is confirmed, nothing has been tested. Everything is just theory.
Well, it's been over a week so most SEOs that know their game should have some real tangible data by now. For me, it's quite clear that there was a rollback to a certain degree, but I also gained rankings for keywords that I didn't rank for in the past. The update was in part a rollback, but there was definitely some additional changes to the core.
I'm with you that you can't always believe what comes from Google when it comes to SEO, but in this case, there is no reason for Google to lie about it.
