Anonym hoster and Domain register

I'm looking for an anonym Domainregister. Payable with crypto.
When there is something with crypto in the name, namecheap banned the adress? Does anybody know why?
So i thougt about offshoredomains.com - Does anybody know them?

And for the hosting - oceanic host?
What do you think about?
