Hey I know some people think anime is the nerdiest shit ever but if you sat down and watched it with an open mind I think some people would shit their pants at the quality of these films. I don't watch garbage anime like naruto, dragonball z, one piece.. those are all kids anime shows and that's why I think people get the wrong impression about anime. If you ever watched top notch anime like neon genesis evangelion, cowboy bepop, princess mononoke/ghilbi studio films then you'll know what I'm talking about. Anyways was just wondering if there are any anime lovers out there that would feel like starting up an anime website, with downloads, reviews, the works basically. Or just post some good anime that you've seen or flame this thread! lol.

Hmm used to watch :P Tho i still read naruto (anime sucks compaterd to manga version) and bleach when they come out once a week. Some random times there come some movies on tv i look into em. Problem is when i start watching some its hard to do something else o_0. Maybe someday i could watch some when i have more time :O
 
I dabble with anime every now and then.. best anime ever : BERSERK

Meh, wasn't a huge fan of the animation style. Heard the ending blew asshole to because they ran out of funding.

I'm not a big anime or manga freak or anything, but I like:

Gantz
Great Teacher Onizuka
Deathnote (manga only, never seen the anime)
Cowboy Bebop

I've tried other series' but can't get through more than a couple episodes usually. When I was a kid I liked this one where they were always fighting in a stadium or something, the title had three words I think, but I can't remember what it was called.

B) By having an opinion which differs from yours I am ignorant? I think not. I can be hotheaded at times, but ignorant is something completely different. I check facts, and I have experiences, before I write or say something. I've tried watching anime. I threw up. No joke. It was horrible. Don't get me wrong it's rather cute how their mouthes don't match up with the words because they are translated from Japanese and all, but please, give me a break.

Because, dude, DBZ and One Piece are the best anime ever. Every veteran anime/manga lover knows that.

- Ghost in the shell
- A lot more that I cant list of the top of my head.

FreeTheTV. There is nothing wrong with making Anime sites. Heck it is a very profitable niche. Back in the day a few months ago. I was pulling out a few hundred a day with a single anime site. But then Google caught up with my Blackhat SEO techniques and decided to give me the whole sandbox package.
 
Lol, freethehat you have to watch japanese and read the subs. I can understand that not being your thing but it's only good if you watch it the way it was intended to be. Oh sorry it was my 3rd or 4th last sentence, and on my JV thread I stated not to post but to PM me so that's probably why I didn't have replies?? Lol. And sorry for calling you mate?? Yeah I see death Note popping up on this thread so I will have to check that one out..
