Whats the best tool/method to monitor my competitor's facebook Ad campaigns and activity?
Any way to not only monitor the Ads but also get access to the demographic details etc they are targetting

Try searching for socialadninja in the marketplace. It may not be able to monitor a specific ad you want but it does monitor many different niches.

spyfu.com does not specifically monitors your competitors facebook campaign but its a good tool to monitor their marketing strategy.
