Since I am a Programmer and I’ve spent a long long time working on countless projects I have decided to pitch an idea to you to see if you think is a viable idea.

My idea is to create a subscription service where users will pay a monthly fee of lets say $50 and this will give you access to say 20 tools. These tools will be member lead, I was thinking of having a suggest a tool section on a website where members can suggest tool ideas, other member can vote on them and if it gets enough traction I will create it and add it to the pool of tools. (The user who initially suggested the tool will receive a lifetime 50% off membership fee or something equivalent)

My question is to you what sort of tools should I create for the initial let’s say 10 pieces of software?

I already have a Google Url Harvester planned where you can scrape sites etc. from google search results. But other suggestions are viable. (If your suggestion is developed I will offer you some sort of discount).

Furthermore should the membership be valid for the "Tools" and then have Bots i.e. an Instagram bot that will have a separate monthly fee or a one off fee?

Also what sort of pricing plan would you suggest i.e. $60 a month but offer a $30 discount etc. Or a another pricing plan?

Finally do you have any suggestions as to what Is could do. Are there any competitors I should investigate?

Thank you for reading this post and I look forward to hearing your replies.

So, like humblebundle monthly for Blackhat seo tools?

Or are you saying a sub to access 20 tools? I dont think, unless you have some amazing reviews, anyone would pay that.

Never heard of humble bundle so I had a look at it. But . basically it would be subscribing to 20 tools to start so the idea could be say I have 5 bits of software it's a monthly subscription of say $10 and you are locked in at $10 a month so as more bits of software are added you only pay $10 but other sites are paying say $20.but agreed the pricing may be high I'm just throwing an idea out there to see if what people think. Thanks for your input

Yeah, I agree it's a lot of tools to develop and maintain. Focus on one niche, create one, solid, tool instead of a bunch of bundles very few people actually pay for. Remember, jack of all trades...

You have plenty of million dolar business examples such as the big guys (seomoz, ahrefs, Etc) or others like scrape box, GSA, Domcop, etc.

This thing already exists. I know of at least one site, which is similar to what you're talking about, even the monthly fee is roughly the same. The hardest is to get the ball rolling and make people believe that you're worthy for their $50/month. You need to provide top notch support and updates in a timely manner for all the tools.

You can start out with social media tools, data scrapers, image scraper, video uploader, adult video uploader, fake traffic bot, bulk mailer, this kind of stuff. These are all highly sought-after.
You don't really have to reinvent the wheel, just visit the Marketplace and see what tools sell the most and create similar ones with better or more features, so people will have the reason to switch.

Thank you for your reply. I will probably need like you said some good reputation first so if I was to make a bot that is in high demand it would help me to build up some reputation here and then in the future I could look into the multi software subscription site.

Thanks again
