You can do it easily. I made a mistake and bought a paypal that doesn't have my name. Make an account with your real name and make address in USA. The problem that you will face in the future is the taxes problem.

Is your country banned from paypal? and is paypal a must for you ? can`t you use credit card or other similar companies ?
