PayPal usually detects fakes accounts :S don't try (i don't recommend)

You can do it easily. I made a mistake and bought a paypal that doesn't have my name. Make an account with your real name and make address in USA. The problem that you will face in the future is the taxes problem.

Where are you from ? Is your country banned from paypal? and is paypal a must for you ? can`t you use credit card or other similar companies ?

Yes my country is banned.also most jobs and websites only work
with paypal

Why not create your own ? sharing IPs cookies etc

buy proxies in the marketplace ( I suggest you create in philippines IP) since the docs are easy and they are not strict to ph people
