    Everyone, I need everyone’s help and advice please. Amazon suspended me so I wrote a very good professional appeal and attached some invoices. There is $7k in the account and now unless I can successfully appeal the decision they will withhold all money! I can not afford that. This is the email they sent me. Please someone guide or tell me how to get out of this... thank you :

    Dear xxxxxxxx,

    Your Amazon selling account has been deactivated. Your listings have been removed. We are withholding any funds available in your account. If you have FBA inventory of the items causing “inauthentic” complaints, they are currently ineligible for removal.

    Why is this happening?
    You have supplied documentation to Amazon which appears to be forged or manipulated. We previously requested these documents from you to address concerns about your account. All requested documents must be authentic and unaltered.

    How do I reactivate my account?
    To reactivate your selling account, please send us one of the following:
    -- An explanation that justifies why you provided documentation which appears to be forged or manipulated; or
    -- Evidence that demonstrates that the documents you provided are not forged or manipulated

    You can only send .pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif files.

    How do I send the required information?
    Please submit this information by clicking the Appeal button next to this message on the Performance Notifications page in Seller Central

    What happens if I do not send the requested information?
    If we do not receive the requested information within 90 days we will permanently withhold any payments to you and any remaining FBA inventory of the items that caused "inauthentic" complaints will be destroyed at your expense.

    Search within Amazon FBA facebook groups and ask there for people that are specialized in this kind of appeals. If you search thoroughly you will find individuals/company that can help you in exchange of a fee of course. Go after the ones with the reviews and do a background check of them before you enter any JV or such.

    Oh this is nothing. There are big dogs that they were shutdown and money/inventory "confiscated" and they were having $XXX,XXX / month in ROI. Horror stories. Of course they were doing some shading / blackhat with reviews or they were breaking somehow the TOS but even they produced huge money to Amazon they still were shut down.

    My items are genuine but unfortunately yes the invoices were doctored slightly as I didn’t have any invoices and from research you need them..

    My invoices look perfect but I believe they maybe called the supplier and verified them and found out. My point is I need the 7k. I’m an honest seller and 99% good feedback.. please help, any tricks, tips, workarounds, and or help is seriously appreciated ! Thank you

    Here is what you need to write Amazon to get your account back.

    Tell them that you are in process of gaining authorization for the brands you have been selling & you will get hands on them soon. For now you are deleting every single listings that you have on accounts & will not sell anything without the authorization ever again.

    Explain these two points in couple of paragraphs & send it to Amazon. Maybe you will have to keep sending it couple of times before they actually start to listen to you & then you can get your account & funds both back.

    Yes, Amazon can hold money forever if you are not able to provide invoices or a reasonable plan of action for inauthentic comaplaints - specially if you fordge or fake the documents!

    Many thanks for the reply, it’s much appreciated. Yes I can do that however what do I say with regards to the invoice that they refused and said were manipulated ? Do I re send them in clearer quality ? With the new plan of action, or refrain from resending them with the plan ?

    I really need to ensure this gets reinstated. I’m not asking anyone to write this for me but a few header points and advice I will be forever grateful

    Ok thanks the new appeal is not a problem, my issue is what documents do I now attach? New ones ? What about if I buy from the said supplier to obtain a real invoice then copy the exact layout etc..?

    I literally just joined to PM you, then discovered i cant yet. ha

    curious as to if you had any success in reinstatement. i had a very similar issue around the same time, however, i got scammed by an 'account analyst' who charged me $400 to say if i provided another appeal, it would fall on deaf ears. just discovered this isnt true, but my 90 day are now almost up, so i'm scrambling to gather everything needed and submit an appeal.

    amz is holding quite a bit of money in this account. >$40k

    Did you have any A-Z Claims against you recently regarding the same issue?
    How did you resolve them?
    Did the A-Z Department have to solve it on your behalf?
    Did you have lots of returns on certain items within the first 90 days?
