Amazon SEO on page tricks

was browsing the books/ebooks sections of AZon recently and started to dig into their on page seo for page title, query, listing, keywords..

I was curious has anyone done a in depth look into how they rank their kindle,ebook pages and/or book pages if anyone has it would be cool to list some of their tricks on this post or a basic breakdown of how they generally rank a brand new kindle/book coming out.

I found that many of their domains have embedded keywords built in...
if you happen to find any tricks or good practice for newbies to follow list them here...
