Consider that your listing is an article that you want to rank in Google. Therefore, you need to take the following measures:
- Use keywords in the title of listing. The title is very important factor when it comes to ranking in Amazon and, also, it provides another advantage: the amazon link will be composed of words from the title. So you will have keywords in the link, too;
- Use keywords in the short description, under the title;

Actually They are not using any tool. They used for ranking different ip & address to create fake review. I think you just ignore this person because it's very harmful for your seller account.
