Amazon Rejecting Amex Statement Instantly - Can someone help me pass checks?

Hi,

My Amex statement keeps getting instantly rejected by Amazon buyer account security. I don't know why this is happening? Maybe its not in the format there system wants to see it in? Its very weird. Maybe someone can help me bypass this security check

only would be to try other statements, this problem seems to be new though, as some app statement are stll accepted
