I'm considering a cannabis related Pinterest board with Amazon products. I heard a rumor that my account will get canceled if I try to promote cannabis-related products on Pinterest, is that true.

As long as you don't get too many reports from angry moms, you should be fine. As the previous reply stated - it's definitely worth a try
