Those who are promoting amazon in China have a bad news. It's closing its service in China due to inability of competing against local brands.

Amazon is buying almost all its supplies from China. How do you compete with the source?

Of course. Amazon in China means nothing , With Taobao and JD you have everything.
Nobody uses Amazon, the only way they could had an opportunity for the e commerce here,was joining with a Chinese company and they didn't.
Ebay also have disappeared here

Is not a price issue, the problem is even in the expensive and imported good there are better alternatives.
Is impossible to compete in China when you are an independent company and you don't belong to Alibaba or Wechat .

People from Russia and related countires buys almost anything tech or so from Aliexpress (it's that Taobao or so ? ) not from Amazon/Ebay, it's in past, it's much cheaper that way. And by selling in China how do they make profits if all indeed done in China and better to buy direct ?
