Is Amazon sensitive to DMCA claims, will they suspend your account after receiving a certain amount of DMCA claims? Anybody have an idea how many it would take?

Yes, Amazon is sensitive to DMCA claims.
And your account suspension will depend on sections you are noticed,in some section you can't claim about your issue I think.
