You will not getting paid, you just break their Tos and it gone forever
 
You can do 2 things. First is to research as much as you can about this and secondly, ask their support directly via mail if it can be recovered in any way!
 
What was the reason actually ? Is it cause of inactivity or did you broke any rules for something ? If it's the later it's probably gone forever I think. But still show us what they wrote to you. They describe the reason as far as I know unlike of some others who don't
 
Find out exactly where you went wrong and try to reapply.

I've known people had accounts closed and not been paid, but others have been paid.
It all depends on the reason they give in the notification email.
