Amazon associate blog and featured images from api

Is it ok for amazon and copyright owners if I use pics form the api as posts featured images using content egg?
What do you use as feature images on your amazon associate blog?

For featured image you can't use api, but you can use a plugin (Featured image from url) and use the images from amazon sitestripe.

Use featured images from sitestripe using that plugin.
For blog post you can use Stock images or get the images from API or get images from SiteStripe.
If you use images directly from amazon servers(save them and upload to your server and use) can get your account banned, using images from google (that you do not own) can get you in trouble with the owner of that picture.
