Amazon and unverified reviews?

Hi.

I'm just thinking about how Amazon won't do anything to stop fake unverified reviews. I have a product and a competitor keeps sending 1 star reviews and it doesn't look good. I contacted Amazon and they said "Oh they could have bought it elsewhere!" What kinda crap is this? How do people usually fight this?

continue to report fake reviews to Amazon through Seller Central. you can respond to negative reviews professionally and courteously cause this shows potential customers that you are proactive and care about their experience. consider using Amazon’s “Request a Review” button to prompt customers to leave reviews
 
Trusting Amazon reviews as a buyer, which I am frequently is like stabbing yourself in the eye with a fork.

So many are fake I ignore them and I'm sure many, many others do as well.
 
Warning: do not buy from Rank AMZ. I paid them for reviews, and after some initial communication, they completely ghosted me. No reviews were delivered, and they’ve ignored all my follow-up messages.

This is a blatant scam. They take your money and then disappear without providing any service. Don’t make the same mistake I did – avoid Rank AMZ at all costs!

Bought it elsewhere? Lol, talk to a higher representatives. Not customer support. hope it helps :)
