Hey guys, does Amazon affiliate pays commission only for the first time buyers? Or even for the regular buyers too who buys through your affiliate link?
Thanks. You'll only get credit for purchases made within 24 hours since the cookie length is 24 hours, so it's essentially for first-time buyers. If someone who has bought products through your link buys again, you won't get any credit for their purchases unless:
1. It's been less than 24 hours since they last clicked on your affiliate link
OR
2. They visit your site and click on your link again.
And the timeline is 24 hours right?even regular buyers. They can also buy something else not related to the product you were promoting and you will still get commission
Registered or unregistered, if they click on your link and purchase something, you'll get credit for the sale, even if they purchase something else other than what you're promoting. That's how Amazon associates works.Thanks.
Does it matter if they are already registered buyers?
Or they should be first time buyers?
What if I share my affiliate links to my friends who are already regular buyers? And If they buy through it.
Will I get the commission?
And the timeline is 24 hours right?
So if they click on my affiliate link then buy something else and not the product which I was promoting and I will still get the commission?
Do they need to be unregistered or first time buyers?
