People won't spoonfeed you, after all who wants to give away niches to encourage competition?

There are some great tutorials on here, @Holzr is one guy who produced a great guide, @hekke and @splishsplash also have guides about Amazon affiliate sites.

Just use some tool like kwfinder.com and here should be some tutorial how do they do it with their help anyway really. And there are probably some others anyway no matter what. It's all same scenario - decent search volume and low competition.
