Amazon Aff Journey - $100 Per Day

Big Winter Break Update -

Title says it, had 19 days to get things rolling for this site and I did quite a bit. I've been in school for 4 days already, but I'll try to re-iterate all that I have accomplished.

- 15 Web 2.0s - These are all "Super Web 2'.0s" with the majority being Tumblr. I need to use different platforms for link diversity
- Fixed up the on site SEO and it has really paid off. I'm in the top 100 for the big money keywords now, and ranking on 3rd and 4th pages for smaller money keywords
- I've also made a good handful of EDU links for the site. These are really helping with rankings
- For the 2nd site I'm continuously adding content. Around 8 articles added, so not too bad.
- I bought GSA SEO package, CB, SER and Indexer. I've been messing around them, throwing 2nd tier links at Web 2.0's. Hasn't been to effective, though. The EDU's I am having a hard time indexing
- I can finally say I have a good grasp on SEO after this winter break, I just need to apply it

I have around 3 and a half months of school left, and these next few months will determine whether or not I need a 'real' summer job or I can focus solely on IM. Would much rather have IM, but we'll see.

I have a hard time staying getting focused some days, but compared to how I used to be I am way better in a lot of ways. As long as I can constantly improve I'll be fine.

Clicks are picking up, and the I think I'll be making good $$ soon, hopefully. With both my niches being high ticked priced items, I only need 1 or 2 items sold every day to do well for myself.

I was going to post a picture of rankings, but one article has bounced from the SERPS and other dropped 15 spots, real motivating stuff

Update -
I took a look at my rankings over the last month or so. Lots of moving around, and the harder keywords are in and out of the top 100. Kind of annoying, but at least they aren't in the bottom 200s or something crazy. I'm continuing to build web 2.0s and other stuff. SER is still kind of difficult for me to understand, so I don't use it a lot.

Went ahead and purchased an SEO service off the forum here, and I'll report back in a week or so what happens with that. Not sure if I'm allowed to mention/promote BHW services in journey threads, I'll have to look into that. Hopefully see some movement and break into the top 10 on the 2 easier money keywords.

Until then there is really not much else to report on. Just keep grinding away and I'll get there.

Good luck for your journey OP! :thumb:One thing, quality of content that you got for $14 (4,500) is it awesome/compelling copy or normal quality?

I spend a good bit of time editing the writing so I'd say it is quite high. I only hire native English speakers on freelance sites as well.

Interesting . Can you please tell me about TaT of articles that you order? Actually m also looking for sm1 (native English) for creating compelling content copy for affiliation sites.

Just took the plunge and invested a good sum of money into the site with an SEO service here on BHW. This will other be a make r break for me. Hoping for the best, confident.

Here are the rankings as of 5 minutes ago. Will report back in 1 week, 2 week, etc, with new rankings.

- Update

This is still going, and I won't be giving up on it. There has been a lot of ups and downs, but I have stayed persistent. Right now I am on an up-swing because recently what I have been doing is working.

What have I been up to? Well -
- I've built almost 40 high quality, manual tier 1 links in the last 10 days or so.
- Fixed some of the link structures on my site. This will result in link juice having more power and a better user experience
- I've actually made some money! Jesus christ that is absurd to me.
- Sent LightningBlitz a million questions and had them all answered. Every answer has helped me
- Witnessed my rankings go through not even a big G dance, but a big G roller coaster. I've watched one KW bounce from spot 202 - spot 44 every hour, yesterday and today
- Invested in a Tier 2 back linking system that I believe is really helping my Tumblrs, EDU's and other Tier 1's pick up some much needed juice
- Received a coupon for a new PBN service on BHW and ordered it, I believe this will help a lot
- Got ahold of Ahrefs, Mahestic, Moz and Semrush accounts. This will be huge for going forward in analysing backlinks for myself and competitors sites

That's a good handful of what I've been up to the past 2 weeks. I wouldn't say I have been doing as much as I could be, but I've realized IM is a cumulative thing, and every thing I do is essentially a building block for the skyscraper I'm building.

I plan on keeping up the work ethic. Even though Mid-term exams are coming up in 2 weeks, that'll be tough.

Anyway, I'm starting to earn back some of my expenses. I was never in a huge hole, but seeing some reward for my effort is huge for me.

Did you pay for the ahrefs, majestic, moz, and semrush accounts or just got a hookup to a login from a friend? If you paid that seems quite expensive for similar tools. I think ahrefs and semrush are the ones I will be using the free version of to help me with seo for a bit

I just buy the Fiverr gigs - search for any one of the services and it will come up. Keep in mind Semrush keeps a history of searches

Just keep at it. You won't see much for quite a few months but keep building good backlinks, stay away from shitty ones (as tempting as they may be), and keep making good content. You WILL see results.

hey dude, i hope that you're doing great in this project! any update?

Hello Floopa75, good luck with your journey.
As another member noticed, services like SemRush or Majestic are quite costly, did you include them in your countings?
All the best (thread subscribed).

Make sure you use Yoast plugin for Wordpress, it can help your Onsite SEO big time!
