Big Winter Break Update -
Title says it, had 19 days to get things rolling for this site and I did quite a bit. I've been in school for 4 days already, but I'll try to re-iterate all that I have accomplished.
- 15 Web 2.0s - These are all "Super Web 2'.0s" with the majority being Tumblr. I need to use different platforms for link diversity
- Fixed up the on site SEO and it has really paid off. I'm in the top 100 for the big money keywords now, and ranking on 3rd and 4th pages for smaller money keywords
- I've also made a good handful of EDU links for the site. These are really helping with rankings
- For the 2nd site I'm continuously adding content. Around 8 articles added, so not too bad.
- I bought GSA SEO package, CB, SER and Indexer. I've been messing around them, throwing 2nd tier links at Web 2.0's. Hasn't been to effective, though. The EDU's I am having a hard time indexing
- I can finally say I have a good grasp on SEO after this winter break, I just need to apply it
I have around 3 and a half months of school left, and these next few months will determine whether or not I need a 'real' summer job or I can focus solely on IM. Would much rather have IM, but we'll see.
I have a hard time staying getting focused some days, but compared to how I used to be I am way better in a lot of ways. As long as I can constantly improve I'll be fine.
Clicks are picking up, and the I think I'll be making good $$ soon, hopefully. With both my niches being high ticked priced items, I only need 1 or 2 items sold every day to do well for myself.
I was going to post a picture of rankings, but one article has bounced from the SERPS and other dropped 15 spots, real motivating stuff
