Recently did some KW research and stumbled across a niche with little competition and high paying commissions. Set off and built out a site with a catchy domain name. The site is actually modelled after another successful Amazon site I stumbled across (why re-invent the wheel?) and I used a lot of tips and tricks found here on BHW. I'm a noob to SEO, but I understand the concept. Early on in the site's life I'm focusing heavily on good on-page SEO. The site was brand new, but I won't worry about that due to the niche's low competition level. The site's silo, social signals are all laid out. As well I hired 2 writers to write reviews / pillar articles for me. All costs will be in USD - Let's get into it: 4, 500 Word Articles - $14 Domain Registration, Whois Protection + Year Hosting - $21 Fiverr Logo - $5 Total Cost: $40 Total Profit: -$40 The Fiverr logo was absolute shit. I'm pissed I spent $5 on something I could've put together with a blind fold on while using my elbows. And my Photoshop skills are garbage. I'm really happy with the quality writing my writers have done for me. I do the images, outbound links, etc on the articles. I'm fine with doing this part of the work as I enjoy it. The goal is $100 per day. Right now with my measly 4% commission off Amazon it's a long shot. As I sell more and get higher payouts it's definitely possible. That's all for now - Time to make some $$!
