Turn annotations OFF and you'll see. They're not full color annotations, its the video.

Well Im sorry, but I beg to differ..

If you move your mouse over the video, the different boxes highlight.. and each one has a link.
You cant do that in a movie.

Anyone got any other ideas ??

I think what TechNajn meant is that the user build the boxes into the video and afterwards put normal transparent annotations over them to make them clickable.

If you deactivate the annotations, the boxes are still there, but are not clickable anymore, so I guess that is how he is doing it.
