I achieved over 100 conversions (about 1.8K Dollar) promoting VPN software. I have sold the following 4 VPN providers.

  • NordVPN: 50 conversions
  • PrivadoVPN: 48 conversions
  • Hide.me: 5 conversions
  • VeePN: 1 conversion
Proof: 104 VPN Conversions

The VPN market is highly competitive, but with diligence and the right methods, it is possible to succeed in this niche. Thinking outside the box is very helpful. However, the most important thing is to offer users real value.

Great job OP! Free traffic?

Nice results, especially the NordVPN volume. Curious about the breakdown:

What traffic source drove most of those 50 NordVPN conversions? SEO, paid ads, social, or something else? The reason I ask is NordVPN has such strong brand recognition that the conversion intent is already there - the hard part is usually getting in front of people at the right moment.

Also interested in your content angle. Did you go after "best VPN" type comparison content, or more problem-specific stuff like "how to unblock Netflix" or "VPN for torrenting"? The latter usually converts better because the user has a specific use case already.

The drop-off from Nord/Privado to Hide.me and VeePN makes sense - brand recognition matters a lot in VPN. Did you push those smaller ones intentionally or just to test?

And 1.8k in total, are those one-time payouts or recurring commissions? NordVPN switched to a hybrid model a while back so curious which structure you hit.

Thanks! It's among others about writing interesting articles about VPN like: "best VPN for Online shopping, Streaming" and writing reviews. I just tested the smaller ones. I got recurring commissions payout structure for all 4 VPN Provider :)

Yeah thats really good mate.
And doing it only with Reddit, is there a reason you are not expanding it since its working well for you already?
