Do you have an exit strategy, what would you like to conquer next, is there an accomplishment that you have so far found unobtainable?

I realise this is a 3 parter but I am trying to save on postage.

In your OP you stated :

...
Things I don't know much about: SEO, programming, social media.
...

Do you employ people to take care of those areas, are you looking to increase your knowledge of those areas or do you feel that those areas have no relevance to your business?

I have publicrecords.co Do you think it has a potential? Or should i just let it expire or sell for a few bucks?

That isn't a site, just a Domain Name, when you are ready to sell, let me know but I will only be offering peanuts $10-$20
This offer is not meant to offend.

I have an answer for this question. Pick a good paying niche amazon/adsense and make lots of content = traffic = $$ = 10 xmonthly revenue sale.

Best of luck.

Only unique content!

In my rep comment I said no questions but after finishing the thread I managed to get one.

Do you think the time you spent on your business degree was worth it (how much has it really helped you?)and what school did you get it at, if you can say (perhaps PM?)

I'm somewhat interested in going to a business uni in another country, when I finish with school. From how I see it, you can learn all that on your own, mostly, if you truly have the passion. Nothing much to do with the papers, at least I don't plan on needing them and the money would probably be better spent on getting practical experience.

Nowadays i can see .co getting popular. Is .co in anyway give competition to .com in near future

I started messing around in 2008 (when I joined BHW) and was full-time by mid 2010.

What were you doing before this?

Let it expire.

I sent you a pm about selling a site but you never reply can you have a look on it now.

Can you send again?

how long does it take on average to sell a customers website worth $100-200k ?

Depends, but average start to finish for something of that size is probably around 3 months.

No defined exit strategy yet. Still a long way to go! I'm quite impatient but not really found anything unobtainable so far if I work hard.

I have 3 technical people/programmers. I don't really do much SEO but do have some good contacts if I need help. Also do quite a lot of social media but it's not really a helpful source for my company.

I went to Bath in the UK. There isn't much I learned that I use now - I've learned far more here and from others in the industry. It was helpful for me as it helped me realise what I wanted to do with my life and gave me a fall back plan if needed.

No.

What were you doing before this?

School/college & working a lot - I used to work in a bar for a number of years part time

This is imaginary example:

Let's say someone has a user driven website which brings him net profit of 30.000,00-50.000,00 monthly for the last six months.
We can, for an example, say that average amount is 37k.
That person have in mind to sell website while is doing good.
But he wants to sell it for as much as possible, as most of the people. Thing is that person can open company and
sell company instead of selling just website. Then he can sell it to another, bigger company? Is that a good plan?

I have read somewhere about average profit multiplier for smaller companies being sold, but I forgot details.

In the end, what is best strategy for this, what kind of net profit one can expect from the sale and eventually your other thoughts about this example?

Sorry if I haven't explained everything good. If you don't understand something just ask.
Thank you in advance!
