Hi

My last 2 Market Samurai Rank Tracker runs have shown my pages are not found in Google and I now only have about 25% of my webpages left showing.

When I do a site: check in Google all my URL's are still there.

Is this a Google dance and how long before Market Samurai is likely to pick them up again to show me how they are ranking?

Also if I am goiing through the Google dance should I carry on building backlinks, link wheels, scrapebox commenting etc etc?

Continue backlinking and building up links etc. You're just doing the "dance". As long as you can see your site come up in the SERPS you're fine.

Nice one thanks for clarifying so I should only worry if I can't see my URL's with the "site:" operator in Google itself?

If I am dancing does this meean that my pages will come back with a much higher rank than they had before?

You can check deindex through site:example.com
no results, you have been deindexed.

By rank I meant SERP ranking not PR but that would be nice too :)

Hey all,

Just to give an update on the issue I had; I received this, yesterday, from Market Samurai:

"Google Search Change ? Market Samurai Updated

Published: May 7th, 2010

Google Search Format Change
In the last 24 hours, Google updated the structure of its SERP (Search Engine Results Page), resulting in some modules of Market Samurai displaying data inconsistently.

Whenever a change occurs to the way Google displays its results, Market Samurai needs to be updated to be able to handle the new format.

Unfortunately, the latest change occurred overnight (in Australia), so the change only became apparent when we arrived this morning.

Market Samurai is now live again.

All issues resulting from the SERPs change now resolved ? Market Samurai has been updated."

I've since installed this update and all my URL's are showing up again in MS and I have some better rankings than I had before.
