Am I allowed to bump regular threads (non-marketplace)?

For example, if I posted a question thread a few days ago, and I still don't have an answer. Can I make a "bump" reply?

You're not breaking any official rule by bumping a thread that's not in the Marketplace section... In some cases it's just about etiquette.

If you do bump, it's better to add something useful like refining your original question or providing more context so people can better understand what you're asking.

Chances are, if no one has replied for a while it might be because the question seemed too broad or generic

Just bumping for the sake of bumping can come off as annoying especially if it looks like you're repeating questions that have already been asked and answered before.

It’s always a good idea to search the forum first and make sure your question adds something new

You can also improve the level of response to your question by elaborating on them the more

Most questions don't get answers because little to no information is provided
