Hey folks,
I currently have someone I use to receive PayPal funds, I was going good until I realized she's been taking advantage of this to use my funds, sometimes without informing me before hand.

I want to own mine now but being A Nigerian, PayPal only allows us spend (Typical) but not receive. Payoneer has been disallowed, so I was wondering if there was any other way I could receive funds?

You could try

Neteller
Perfect Money
Payza

I think one of these will accept you

If you're looking for alternative payment processors:
Skrill
Stripe
Payza
Freshbooks

If you're looking for something that integrates with Paypal the same way that Payoneer does:
You're out of luck, they're the only one.

Sigh,

I thought as much, thanks for the suggestions though :)

I heard Skrill has issues paying out though is this true? I was thinking of using them to receive money on a site. They only recently started allowing Nigerians to add a domiciliary accounts.

Payza would be a great choice for you to receive funds. Because payza operates in your country as well.

You can buy a stealth PayPal account, if you want to circumvent the country restriction.

Or you can try 2Checkout, if you wan to accept PayPal and credit cards as well on your site.
