It depends on what you are looking to get - which kind of ads and what is your current situation vs Google - if you are not banned from Google - there are a few networks that can offer you decent results since the have a bidder that Google (adsens/ADX is only one of their bidders) - you could make better $$ with them as long as you are compliant + yoursite has a decent volume - over 1M imps monthly usually.
