Other than this downtime i have been super happy with the price/speed and support.

Ok. My Vps Now Normaly Running. They Fix It Yesterday Night. But i have not good idea about alexhost now... Can Anyone Recommend DMCA Ignored / Offshore Web Hosting Company. Thanks.

yeah, normally I login to my vps daily. But this's the second time this happen to me also. last week I got this down time, and now it's happening. really frustrate about these type of down times. There support and service are top quality. But with these type of long down times we cannot survive our business and websites.

That is Kaspersky, checking SSL.. Is not offline.

AlexHost Bill is ON, website is ON... Guys I don't see any downtime.

And let's be honest, every hosting have their downtime, is not possible to warrant 100%, if you want that, PAY FOR SLA... It won't be cheap!

Defacement, usually the hosting account is the one being "hacked".

there are 2 options here:
1.Either the main WHMCS account is hacked and the hacker has access to all the websites and can add ads to all host's clients
2. This guy's cpanel/acoount has a very weak account and someone has access to his sites

Your account is hacked not others, maybe if your password that is weak. If all web hosting is hacked everyone are complaiting about that.

That is your problem not from alexhost. Password that you use is your own responsability to choose.

Using nulled themes, CMS, templates, even a Simple script or HTML can have malware injected in the code.

Or maybe is your Computer that have Malware for using cracks, keygens etc etc... Nulled things.. USB with malware etc etc etc...
