Just 14 posts, targeting "0-10 traffic" keywords with the average wordcount of 450 words
All you got to do is make sure you will edit the content properly, to make sure it doesn't sound robotic or have wrong facts.

Yes but make sure you do proper keyword research using ahref or other similar tools. Write as long as possible with proper pictures and presentation.
Also one more important thing don't loose hope.

Thanks for sharing that. But if the search volume is so low how are you able to create content around those keywords, because the AI need some source to feed it's data?

Those are 0 traffic keywords(according to most keyword tools i used), the source is mostly from the products in my niche.
