From what im gathering they are most likely using something like https://lumen5.com/ or something similar + a RSS feed.
How would someone go about setting something similar up?

There was a user who did this by scraping wikihow tutorials, however they got hit with copyright claims so he stopped uploading I believe, very interesting

I know how its possible to generate tons of UNIQUE videos with recordered voices and i can make this. But i have never worked with youtube and i dont know nowadays trends and i dont know which niche will be best to make videos and upload them.

I did similar thing manually and made lot of money, but google is not allowing monetization of those videos anymore.

Yeesh, the stupidity of people sharing things like this in a public forum with millions of leeches is astounding. Don't bother messing with it, the little bit left that it works will be removed soon.
