Which ones do you use for what?

From what I understand, Ahrefs is unbeaten for backlinks. I also find it most comprehensive for organic keyword ranking. I do use Serpstat a lot as the price was just right and it serves everyday check-up purposes. Also gives me a nice overview of all my sites, and how they're moving.

My wife (who's an experienced whitehat) swears by Semrush, probably because that's the one she's learnt first and knows how to find everything blind-folded. I'm yet to find a good usage case for it. I kinda like its page analysis tool.

But I have no clue about MOZ and Majestic. Where do they excel?

Any other I omitted that you swear by?

I've use Ahrefs for their seo audit tools, the "link intersect", and content explorer.

audit tools for audit, link intersect for compare backlink from competitor and/or your site, and content explorer for outreach campaign.

i use ahref for seo audit ,keywords reasearch ,finding backilnks ,compitator analysic ,finding keywords postion and many others work i use ahref but if i find any link tf cf i will use majestic

Semrush for keyword research
Ahref for everything else

Ahrefs is the best all around tool, their link index is unbeatable, keyword database as well.
Semrush was better at keyword research, but no more.
Moz and Majestic - to check for some extra links/anchors that maybe Ahrefs missed.

But you can go perfectly fine with Ahrefs only. The other tools are just if you have some extra money to burn, far from needed.

Ahrefs is the best all in one tool for seo atm

Thanks to all for your assessment. Isn't it interesting that TF and CF seem to be the most trusted metrics, despite the fact that most people find their database less comprehensive?

Guys, interesting. I have used external tools for keyword research, keywordtool.io and keywordkeg and a number of other more specific ones.
I'll now do a check with a couple of specific cases to see how Semrush and Ahref perform in comparison

Again, to all: thank you for your sharing your insight and experience

I personally use Serpstat as I find it to be a good alternative to SEMrush.
Regarding to backlinks, Ahrefs is still the best on the market. However it is pricey as the hell.

I used many different tools. But I think Ahrefs is a good choice.

Thanks for your comments. I have now spent a bit more time with all of them, and can confidently say that I don't see any reason to use Majestic, Semrush or MOZ anymore. Ahref really beats them on all accounts. And I agree, the price tag is prohibitive...

I use SEMrush for checking keywords and brand monitoring and social shares and probably I use ahref for everything to check in site

SEM Rush is my priority for all time. It's a good one for SEO purposes.

I use ahrefs for kewords research for last 6 months
I think it is the best tool all of them.
somtimes I use sumrush I think it is also a good tool but I can't use it more.

I use Ahrefs and SEMrush and a few other tools. I have 2 lifetime accounts with Serpstat and to be honest don't think I have logged into either more than 3 times in 3 or 4 years.
