Aged YT channels getting deleted without any email or w/e?

Has anyone expirience loosing aged yt accounts?
I have or I should say had few channels which were 6 - 15 months old with 1-10 videos. Few days ago I have started uploading vids to them ( not copyrighted, I have several accounts with the same content and no strikes.. ) and just out of the blue the accounts are in one or two days gone without any notice? I can't see them in yt, only if I go to kontrol panel and then see all my channels and the account is terminated..

Also I have issues with my gmails lately, pretty much every other day one of my 10 gmail accounts get temperary block and I have to verify it via sms, even thought I did not use that email for month or two even...
Any idea how to avoid this?

I've just found out, that I have lost another account, which was 6 months old, with no strikes, only 20 videos, but was bringing stable 50$ a month..
