Hello, so I’ve recently collected thousands of aged insta accounts. I can login to them relatively easy and I’m trying to find the best way to prepare them for sale without the customer having login issues, for example some accounts say waiting for approval on another device even though that account was logged out after I logged in. If I leave the accounts with gmails I make, the gmails blow up after 2-3 days from creation. If I switch the emails to something like gmx it takes longer to create but the customer doesn’t have issues getting into the email but the waiting for approval on another device is still an issue for some. I know selling the accounts with backup codes would be better but when I login to the accounts I can’t add 2fa for a week or two I think. I just want to prepare them for sale and no issues on the customers end.

Yeah, I’ve dealt with this before. The “waiting for approval on another device” usually happens because Instagram flags unusual login activity, especially if you log in from different locations or IPs. To minimize issues, try to always log in from consistent IPs or residential proxies that match the account’s original location. Switching emails to something stable like GMX is good, but also make sure to remove old recovery info before transferring. About 2FA, Instagram locks that option for new logins for security reasons, so you just have to wait it out. To keep buyers happy, I’d suggest providing clear instructions and maybe a grace period in case they get locked out temporarily. It’s tough but doable with patience.

Thank you for this. I believe a possible solution to the “waiting for approval” issue is to fully logout of the account before I send it over to someone so there is no device to approve a login? I’m testing now, but when I did that then tried to login somewhere else instead of saying waiting for approval it boots me back to the login screen kinda weird. Switching to gmx was a good fix for gmails going bad but when I try to turn on 2fa or change password it sends a code to the old gmail even though I fully removed it :(

If you want to sell 1000s of accounts its not possible to approve one by one, You need to figure out another way. And firstly how were these accounts created, With Email or Phone?

Created with email. With my accounts I have to first go in and change the password for them to be sold as I don’t know the passwords. There are other ways to approve them?

Use stable emails like gmx or proton mail and warm accounts gradually
avoid logging in/out too often add backup codes once 2fa is available
Aged cookies/session exports help reduce approval issues
What makes gmx and proton considered stable?

If you can, grab the cookies for clients to be able to log them in, otherwise, maybe try and change the creation method a bit, make it more solid so they don't give you that check. I am creating mine with phone numbers, then switch to gmx and I don't have nay issues whatsoever.

Just give the client session id login and teach them how to secure it from session id login using the api. Make the tool for them on telegram that logs the account from session id and than add a feature that approves logins from other devices.
