Hey guys,
I'd like to start a new discussion around affiliate marketing on IG
I am thinking about doing some affiliate marketing on IG and had some theoretical questions...
So..
suppose you have multiple strong accounts all in the same niche, lets say 30 with 10k followers each ... altogether you have, say, 150k unique followers (not shared across accounts)
now...
you start add a unique biolink.com to each account, and each biolink sends users to a page where they will be able to shop some products which you have affiliate links for...
I am wondering things like ... :
- 1 ) anyone have success doing affiliate marketing? what have been some struggles and pitfalls?
- 2 ) if you are using reverse proxies to have each biolink url point to a different IP but you are serving the same webpage to each, will instagram check for this? i.e. will they be looking at the site data/structure and noticing this is the same site using different IPs and URLs?
- 3 ) if you go through the effort of hosting 30 different versions of the same webpage. like you use a template and change it for each url, i.e. logo sitename color etc is different on each, will instagram detect it?
- 4) will having unique structure, IP, url of each site even matter if you are using the same affiliate link code on each product across sites... like for example amazon affiliate link id or something like ?
