Digital marketing agency seeks full-time Performance Marketing Campaign Manager to spearhead our company's paid search marketing and lead generation campaigns. To succeed in this position, candidates must possess proven experience managing campaigns on Google Adwords, Facebook Ads and other prevailing digital channels. Experience with analytics / reporting systems such as Google Analytics, TagManager and QuantCast is also essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Business and campaign process refinement
• Workflow documentation
• Interact with creatives, developers, designers
• Account management & interactions with clients
• Media buying & campaign placements
• Review campaign analytics & optimize campaigns
• Communication of campaign performance
• Document campaign results
REQUIREMENTS:
• 3+ years proven experience with the above Responsibilities
• Documented experience with the most popular digital marketing platforms
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork communication skills
• Thorough understanding and passion for social media and traffic channels like CPA, CPC, CPL, CPM
• Experience with affiliate marketing and the dominant affiliate platforms like CJ, HasOffers and Rakuten
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
