Affiliate Marketing + FB = Money

Hey guys

I don't consider myself an affiliate marketer.. I got into IM and affiliate stuff so that I can make some seed money for my real online business.

I have been reading about affiliate marketing and one thing that always stood out from all the advice I read is building an email list and building a relationship with that list.

So I got an ebook about a niche which I wouldn't reveal and what I have been thinking about is using FB groups to drive traffic to my landing page/opt-in page. I have a couple of very aged accounts that FB doesn't do anything to it even if I spammed (I tried before). After people opt-in I send them 3-4 informative emails then soft sell them my ebook.
I calculated if I managed to get 25 leads per day, that will amount to 750 leads.


For those who tried that how well that works?
I don't like wasting time if something won't work anyway.. I learned that the hard way and I know the internet is full of crap information but from what I read email marketing seem most sustainable and promising.

It's possible, you should try it, and even if it is not profitable that does not mean it is wasted time. You can refine your methods and make some tweaks or changes until it becomes profitable.

Not a good mindset to keep in IM. Email is great - but sustainability will depends on your sending reputation. You'll need to nurture the leads and find an offer to make money.

I would advise to cloak your links when posting them on FB

Do it for 2 month to build your leads to 1.5k. then check how many of them convert to your offer. Pixel all of them. Then calculate what 1 click to your offer is worth. Then check what your cpc on Facebook ads will be and if you are still profitable with a 1% lookalike group. If yes, run Facebook ads and bank.

I am not really an IM I am just looking for a quick cash grab but I agree this is not the mindset of someone who is looking to succeed. I got an offer ready already which os my ebook, sending reputation I will be using ESPs so I wouldnt be worried about that.

Thanks I will put that in mind if I decided to run FB ads.
